Are you seeking a safe place to store your luggage during a layover so that you may explore a city without carrying your luggage? You may have arrived early and could not check into your hotel. What are you doing with your bags in the meantime? When you only have limited time to spend in one spot, having a luggage storage app with you would be a huge help and a lifesaver.
If you plan a vacation and have a few hours to kill before or after check-in but can’t find another left luggage supplier, there is a solution. Apps for luggage storage are a fantastic answer, and we’re here to help you compare, break them down, and decide which one is right for you.

Alternative luggage storage options
Option 1: Look for hotels with a luggage storage firm as a partner.
The challenge of a non-guest at a hotel with luggage is real– unless you don’t care if you’re not a guest! We all know how convenient hotels are for storing luggage, but it’s much better to locate one that does it safely. When you work with a luggage storage firm, your belongings are generally insured rather than being left at your own risk.
Option 2: Ask if your Airbnb can store your luggage
While most AirBnbs do not accept check-ins after 2 p.m., the location may offer early luggage drop-off. Always ask your host about it because you can save a lot of money by doing so. Furthermore, if there are no other guests after you, you may be able to leave your bag after check-out.
Option 3: Ask a local shop to store your bag
This option is a bit risky as there is always the possibility of someone stealing your bags. We do not recommend this unless you have no other option. Always avoid storing your bags at a local shop not connected to a service such as LuggageHero or any of the above mentioned. Take photos of your bag being stored and some receipts or proof that your items are stored there.
